Sir,
I have the honour to refer to your Excellency's Note
No. T 1400/892/371 of the 12th December last, addressed to
H.E. Mirza Ali Gholi Khan Ansari, returning the rewith certain
Write of Summons granted by the High Court of Justice at Tehran
for service on the firm of Arretoon V. Apoar and Company and
Agha Mohamed Ali respectively stated to be resident in Hongkong,
and informing him of the death of Arratoon Vertannes Apoar in
1931, I have the honour to return herewith the document relating
to Agha Mohamed Ali, together with duplicate copies in Persian
and an English translation thereof, also in duplicate.

With regard to the larue by the Tehren Court of a Letter
of Request accompanied by a translation in English, I beg leave
to state that thisprocedure would not appear to be customary
with the Tehran Court, and I shall be grateful if your Excellency
will be so good as to have this explained to the competent
authorities in Hongkong, with a request that the enclosed Writ
may be served on Agha Mohamed A11.
